Abstract:
In order to further explore the application performance of coal gangue as subgrade filling, reduce the pressure of mine gangue accumulation, and achieve the goal of coal gangue resource reuse, this paper collects coal gangue accumulated in No. 2 mining area of Huangling Coal Mine, by analyzing its physical properties and mechanical point load test, with the characteristics of the mining area coal gangue and strength value, and use the compaction test and CBR test packing for the performance analysis of subgrade reclamation. The results show that the point load strength index of gangue is about 2.8MPa, and the compressive strength and tensile strength of gangue converted by point load are 65MPa and 2.8MPa. Coal gangue can be used as roadbed filling instead of natural soil layer. The shape of gangue is regular and the structure is compact, which is helpful to increase the strength of the roadbed. The optimum moisture content of gangue after combustion is 12.7%, that of gangue and soil after combustion is 16.4%, that of gangue without burning coal is 10.8%, and that of gangue and soil without burning coal is 14.8%.The strength of combusted gangue is lower than that of unburned gangue, and the strength of soil-mixed gangue is lower than that of soilless gangue. The indoor CBR test value and the actual settlement observation value meet the requirements of the corresponding highway grade specification, and can be widely used in the foundation engineering such as roadbed or house construction.
