| Abstract: |
| Aiming at the oil sludge which is difficult to be treated, this paper uses the scrubbing and stripping technology to separate the oil from the particle surface by strengthening the collision and friction between particles, so as to achieve the purpose of oily sludge treatment. In this paper, the condition test of scrubbing and stripping was carried out. The parameters of slurry concentration, presence or absence of medium, medium to material ratio, scrubbing time, stirring speed, liquid temperature and structure of scrubbing machine were optimized. The optimal test conditions were put forward and verified. The oil content of sludge after treatment was reduced to 0.51%,which has reached the sludge treatment standard.This achievement provides technical support for large-scale sludge treatment. |
