Abstract:
Nylon is used as a binder, heated and mixed with strontium ferrite magnetic powder and additives through a twin-screw extruder, cooled and granulated to obtain injection molded magnetic plastic particles, and injection molded to obtain injection molded magnets. The magnetic powder morphology, particle size distribution, The influence of nylon formula and extrusion temperature on the flow properties of plastic magnetic particles. The results show that the magnetic powder particles are close to spherical in shape, with smooth and regular surface, and it is easier to fill the cavity when subjected to external force extrusion, the friction between the magnetic powder is small, and the flow performance is good. The finer the magnetic powder, the lower the loose packing density, the arch bridge effect is easily formed during the filling process, and the worse the flow performance. The bimodal particle size distribution curve can make the flow performance and magnetic performance reach the best balance. Through formula adjustment, the processing fluidity and mechanical properties can be improved, and injection molded magnets with different properties can be prepared to meet the specific technical requirements of customers" products. The mixing and extrusion temperature of PA6 plastic magnetic particles is preferably 230-250℃.
