| Abstract: |
| Aiming at the high arsenic, high tin, low copper white smoke and dust of the Yuntin Copper Industry, a study on the selective arsenic removal of acidification roasting was carried out, and the ratio of activated carbon, concentrated sulfuric acid, roasting temperature, and roasting time were investigated for the effects of arsenic, tin, lead, zinc, and bismuth. , The influence of copper volatilization rate. Under the optimal conditions of calcination temperature 450 ℃, calcination time 3 h, activated carbon addition 5%, sulfuric acid addition 30%, the white smoke dust arsenic volatilization rate is 94.28%, tin, lead, zinc, bismuth, and copper volatilization rate is 2.34 respectively %, 3.71%, 2.96%, 1.43%, 1.64%. The acidification roasting realizes the selective volatilization of arsenic, which opens the arsenic in the white smoke and creates favorable conditions for the subsequent recovery of valuable metals. |
