| Abstract: |
| For a difficult-to-leaching gold ore containing carbon-containing ultra-microscopic inclusions, the conventional cyanide leaching exploratory experiment, the exploratory experiment of preferential carbon floating and then fine grinding float gold, and the exploratory experiment of fine grinding roasting pretreatment and cyanidation gold extraction were carried out respectively. The test results show that the gold leaching rate when using conventional cyanidation is only 14.01%, and even after the decarburization treatment, the gold flotation recovery rate is only 51.82%. If this type of ore is to solve the problem of carbon-containing and coated gold, one of the effective ways is to carry out roasting pretreatment. After the ore is finely ground, the process flow of "roasting-washing-alkali leaching-cyanidation" is adopted, and the leaching rate of gold can reach 87.57%, so that the gold is better recovered. |
