| Abstract: |
| Injection molded bonded NdFeB magnets are composite materials made by mixing bonded NdFeB magnetic powder and polymer materials. The polymer materials used are mainly Nylon 12 and PPS resin. The effects of different surface modification treatment processes and addition amount of modifiers on the oxidation resistance, magnetic properties, and flow properties of NdFeB magnetic powder were studied. The results show that after surface modification treatment, the oxidation weight gain rate of NdFeB magnetic powder is tested after 150 min at 300 ℃. After phosphating-KH792 composite treatment and phosphating treatment, the oxidation degree is the lowest and the antioxidant effect is the best. The weight gain rates are - 0.05% and 0.08% respectively; The oxidation degree of magnetic powder treated with KH560 and KH550 is in the middle; The worst oxidation resistance is the raw powder without any surface modification. For NdFeB magnetic powder, the amount of surface treatment KH550 is preferably 1%. The flow ability of KH550 modified powder plastic magnetic particles is obviously better than that of unmodified powder plastic magnetic particles. |
