Abstract:
Spodumene is the main source of lithium resources in my country, but it is difficult to sort due to the similarity in the physical and chemical properties of the associated gangue minerals. This paper analyzes the relationship between the crystal structure of spodumene ore and its floatability, and expounds and summarizes the process of spodumene ore beneficiation and the mechanism of flotation reagents. Flotation is the main beneficiation method of spodumene. Other beneficiation methods also have important applications in pre-throwing waste and removing impurities from concentrates. The separation of complex spodumene ore uses multiple combined processes to improve the comprehensive utilization of resources. Strengthening the research on the mechanism of spodumene and beneficiation reagents, guiding the development and application of new flotation reagents, and continuously optimizing the separation process is the key to improving the efficiency of spodumene beneficiation.
