| Abstract: |
| The dust from tin smelting rich in Zn, Cd and Cl return directly to the smelting process, will have a very negative effect on the yield and quality of crude tin. Therefore, impurities of the dust needs to be removed in advance before returning to smelting. In this study, by two-stage leaching to removed Zn, Cd and Cl in the dust respectively. The results show that 90.82% Of Cd, 95.78% of Cl and 39.68% of Zn are leached out of a water-soluble section under optimized test conditions; after the second stage sulfuric acid leaching, the comprehensive leaching rate of Zn, Cd and Cl reaches 79.83%, 99.31% and 96.02% respectively. |
