| Abstract: |
| Phosphate ore is an important strategic resource of our country, most of them are middle and low grade colloidal phosphate ore. This kind of phosphate ore resource has high requirements for grinding, and low grinding fineness is the necessary condition for monomer dissociation. However, the reduction in fineness of ore grinding makes it difficult to settle the concentrate and tailings, and it is of great significance to develop special settling agents to improve the settlement efficiency. This paper takes typical colloidal phosphate ore as the research object, and specifically develops a novel plant gum settling agent that can achieve high-efficiency settlement of concentrate and tailings at the same time. The optimal use conditions are explored and verified by industrial tests. Its good application effect can be widely used in the settlement of concentrates and tailings produced by colloidal phosphate ore beneficiation in the future. |
