Abstract:
      Duobaoshan copper ore in Heilongjiang province is a typical low-grade copper sulfide ore with Cu grade of 0.41%. The target mineral and gangue mineral disseminated grain size is fine, and the concentrate index is greatly affected by grinding efficiency. The second phase project of Duobaoshan Copper Concentrator is divided into two series. The existing beneficiation process is closed-circuit grinding and classification operation, which can basically meet the production requirements, but there are problems such as excessive cyclic load of hydrocyclone and serious over-grinding of vertical mill. After the optimization of the existing grinding and classification process, the existing production problems are effectively improved, the copper grade of grinding products is increased to 20.05%, the recovery rate is increased to 90.18%, and the production energy consumption can be effectively reduced.
