Abstract:
The condition test of reagent regime for include P2O5 19.60% scrubbing tailings of a phosphate mine in Yunnan Province were studied. The optimum parameter of reagent regime was determined as follows: Na2CO3 dosage of 3.0 kg/t, sodium silicate dosage of 4.0 kg/t, dispersant C11 dosage of 400 kg/t, HA dosage of 300 kg/t and collector LP-Y dosage of 2.0 kg/t. The flotation concentrates that 30.64% P2O5 with a recovery of 84.5%, and 2.63% of sesquioxide content with a removal rate of 65.62% were obtained by adopting the open circuit process of positive flotation that one-stage roughing and one-stage cleaning. The process is simple, the cost of reagents are low, and these reagents are safe and environmentally friendly. The study can efficient recycle and utilize a large number of phosphate ore in scrubbing tailings, alleviate the pressure of tailings stacking, and has a certain economic application prospect.
