| Abstract: |
| With the help of ICP-OES, XRD and SEM-EDS, the existing state of germanium in the leached residue containing 0.318% germanium was determined. The results showed that germanium in the leached residue mainly existed in silica particles; The effect of atmosphere, additives, volatilization temperature and time on the volatilization rate of germanium was studied. The results showed that the volatilization rate of germanium in the leaching residue reached 99.73% under the conditions of 900 ℃ volatilization temperature and 3 h volatilization time with argon as the protective atmosphere. The volatilized enrichment contained 2.255% germanium. The high-efficiency enrichment of germanium was realized and the comprehensive recovery of germanium was improved. |
