| Abstract: |
| A copper-cobalt mine has a copper grade of 0.85% and a cobalt grade of 0.10%. Copper mainly exists in the form of independent copper minerals, and most of it occurs in chalcopyrite; cobalt mainly occurs in arsenopyrite. According to the nature of the ore, part of the free-floating copper concentrate is first obtained through the process of copper rapid flotation - copper-cobalt mixed flotation and re-separation, and then the remaining copper concentrate and cobalt-rich sulphur concentrate are obtained through the separation of copper and cobalt. The closed-circuit process can obtain copper concentrate with copper grade of 23.29% and copper recovery rate of 84.82%, and cobalt-rich sulfur concentrate with cobalt grade of 2.63% and cobalt recovery rate of 63.07%. |
