| Abstract: |
| The mineral composition of a high carbon and high secondary copper ore in Xinjiang is complex and there are many kinds of copper minerals. At the same time, due to the existence of flake graphite, the quality of copper concentrate produced on site is low and the loss of valuable metals in the total tailings is serious. In view of the above problems, a detailed small-scale experimental study on Process Mineralogy and process optimization was carried out, and an innovative process flow of stage grinding, easy floating and fast floating, medium ore and roughing tailings regrinding and re concentration was developed, and good beneficiation indexes were obtained. In the process of flotation reagent optimization, lime, water glass and tannin are used as inhibitors of fine graphite, secondary argillaceous and sulfur minerals activated by copper ions to ensure the output of regrinding and re concentration concentrate and avoid the cyclic accumulation of medium ore. Using the recommended optimized process, the recoveries of copper, gold and silver in the total copper concentrate were increased by 24.05%, 14.44% and 9.32%. |
