| Abstract: |
| In order to comprehensively recover the gold, silver and iron associated with a complex polymetallic flotation tailings, magnetic separation, full-slime cyanidation leaching and reverse flotation were carried out respectively. The results show that it is better to use the strong magnetic pre-selection tail-throwing method to enrich iron-bearing minerals first, and then use the scheme of recovering gold and silver first and then selecting iron. Under the combined process of "strong magnetic tail throwing-full mud cyanidation leaching-weak magnetic iron separation-strong magnetic iron separation, reverse flotation desulfurization of magnetite concentrate", the leaching rates of gold and silver reached 85.32% and 72.13% respectively. And obtained TFe grade of 62.01%, TFe recovery rate of 11.04%, magnetite concentrate with sulfur content of 0.25%, and TFe grade of 45.30%, TFe recovery rate of 18.54% iron concentrate products. |
