| Abstract: |
| The grinding process is the key link and the main energy consumption in the process of mineral resources development. It is also the first place to be optimized by many concentrators under the wave of intelligence nowadays. The technology and application status in the field of intelligent transformation and upgrading of grinding process are described in detail from three angles, hoping to provide some ideas and reference for this field. In terms of equipment upgrade, the function of intelligent grinding equipment and the status quo of traditional grinding equipment transformation are introduced, as well as the application of various software tools in the r&d, test and optimization of grinding equipment. In terms of process optimization, the auxiliary effects of simulation technology and optimization algorithm combined with grinding process data in process circuit design, equipment selection and process parameter optimization are described. In production control, the application effects and applicable conditions of real-time detection, fault diagnosis and process control in grinding process are described. |
