Abstract:
The Thayamontana copper deposit in Bolivia contains 3.86 % Cu, 70.69 % Cu oxidation rate, and 13.07 % Cu exists in the form of native copper, which belongs to high-grade refractory copper oxide containing native copper. According to the characteristics of ore, the separation experiment was carried out. The results show that under the optimal conditions, the gravity-flotation combined process of “ gravity concentration in shaking table – stepwise optimization of tailings in shaking table ” is adopted, and good technical indexes are obtained. The Cu grade of the concentrate in shaking table is as high as 46.35 %, and the Cu grade of the flotation concentrate is 22.21 %, and the total recovery of Cu is 85.28 %.
