| Abstract: |
| Solvent extraction is the main method for rare earth production at present, which has the advantages of simple operation, large processing capacity and high production efficiency. However, when using the solvent extraction method to produce rare earth, a large amount of ammonia nitrogen wastewater will be produced, which has a huge impact on the environment. In order to produce rare earths in a more efficient and green way, complex extraction and separation technology has attracted attention and has been applied to the production and separation of rare earths. The complex extraction system increases the purification and separation capacity of rare earth extraction and reduces the production of ammonia nitrogen wastewater. The commonly used complexing agents in the complex extraction system of rare earth, and the research status of different complexing extraction systems established by different complexing agents are introduced, and their advantages and disadvantages are analyzed. The problems existing in the research and development of rare earth complex extraction system at present are summarized, and the future development direction of rare earth complex extraction system is prospected. |
