Abstract:
It is necessary to carry out high-intensity conditioning pretreatment to improve fine-grained apatite flotation index. In this paper, the overflow of the inclined plate thickener in Chengde is taken as the research object, and high-intensity conditioning process test is carried out. Using the laboratory 30L high-intensity conditioner and the industrial type with 2m diameter as the research methods, the conditions such as the conditioning time and the speed of rotor are carried out. The results of the 30L test show that the best flotation time is 6 minutes, and the best linear speed is 8.35m/s. Compared with the ordinary reformer impeller and the straight blade impeller, the new impeller has better conditioning effect with low energy consumption. The industrial test of 2m high-intensity conditioner shows that 150 rpm is the best speed of this equipment. And compared with the ordinary conditioner, the apatite recovery increased by about 10% under the same yield (roughing yield is 5%~10%), and it can be seen that the high-intensity conditioner can significantly improve the fine-grained apatite flotation environment. The high-speed photographing and turbidity test results under clean water conditions show that the impeller of the high-intensity conditioner has a more significant dispersion effect on oil droplets than the impeller of the ordinary conditioner, and the emulsion system formed after HIC conditioning is more stable.
