| Abstract: |
| Based on the mechanism of preferential oxidation of impurity elements in precious lead under oxidation conditions, this paper realizes the oxidation volatilization or slag removal of impurity elements, so as to achieve the purpose of silver purification. To explore the industrial test of step removal of arsenic, antimony, bismuth and copper by strong oxidation refining under different oxygen concentration in silver separation furnace, so as to accelerate the oxidation and volatilization of impurity elements and slag forming speed and shorten the furnace life. The results show that when the oxygen concentration is controlled at 25 ~ 30%, the furnace period of arsenic and antimony removal is the shortest; When the oxygen concentration is controlled at 30 ~ 50%, the furnace period of bismuth removal is the shortest; When the oxygen concentration is controlled at 88%, the copper removal furnace period is the shortest. Through the optimal control of oxidation refining step impurity removal in silver separation furnace, the furnace life can be shortened by 2 ~ 3 days. |
