| Abstract:The paper systematically studied the process mineralogy characteristics of gold ores in Yunnan through chemical analysis, X-ray diffraction and optical microscopy. The results show that the gold grade of the ore is 3.55 g/t, and the associated element silver is 2.96 g/t, which can be comprehensively recovered. The main metal minerals are pyrite, arsenopyrite, rutile and sphalerite. The gangue minerals are mainly quartz, muscovite, potassium feldspar and iron dolomite. The gold minerals are mainly natural gold and silver gold, with fine dissemination granularity and complex production characteristics. The sulfide minerals such as pyrite, the main carrier mineral of gold, are also very fine in particle size, in addition, some natural gold and silver gold deposits are embedded in gangue mineral grains, cracks or wrapped in them. The flotation grinding fineness conditions were carried out to determine that the appropriate grinding fineness of the ore sample was ?0.045 mm 70 %.The research results have providing theoretical basis for the formulation of ore separation process. |
