| Abstract: |
| Heilongjiang Duobaoshan copper No.2 concentrator adopts the copper molybdenum mixed flotation process. The concentration and fineness control and flotation reagent addition system have a great impact on the process stability and tailings indicators. In particular, the use of collectors and regulators should be strictly controlled. Based on the results of closed-circuit flotation test and reagent dosage test under different grinding fineness in the laboratory, the on-site commissioning scheme is formulated. Finally, the optimum concentration and fineness for floating is determined to be above 66%. According to the experiment of xanthate dosage and sodium sulfide dosage, the dosage of xanthate for one roughing and one sweeping is determined to be 110g/t, and the dosage of sodium sulfide is determined to be 10g/t. By controlling the concentration and fineness of flotation and improving the reagent system, the indexes of concentrate and tailings have been greatly improved. Tailings index decreased by 0.01%, concentrate index increased by 3%, and recovery rate increased by 2%. |
