| Abstract: |
| The main components of the spent cathode of aluminum electrolysis are graphite, sodium fluoride, cryolite, etc.. The spent cathode is dangerous wastes, and is difficult to make harmless disposal and resource utilization.SSFlotation separation of graphite and electrolyte is one of the comprehensive utilization methods to spent cathode.SSIn this paper, the main chemical composition and phase composition of the spent cathode, the particle size of the fluoride salt, the main technical parameters of flotation separation of graphite and fluoride salt were studied. The fixed carbon content of graphite powder obtained by closed-circuit test reached 78.56%, and the fluorine content of NaF product reached 42.85%.S |
