Abstract:
A detailed process mineralogy study was carried out on a complex lead-zinc polymetallic ore in Inner Mongolia. It was found that there are many kinds of minerals in the ore, and the embedding relationship between minerals is complex. The recoverable valuable metal elements are lead, zinc and silver, which exist in the form of galena, sphalerite, natural silver and silver sulfide respectively; The best technological process and reagent system are obtained through flotation test research: grinding fineness -0.074mm accounts for 65%, lead circuit roughing pH is 10.7, zinc sulfate and sodium sulfite are zinc inhibitors, BM-3 is a collector, control pulp potential -320mv, select twice, sweep twice; The pH of roughing in the zinc circuit is greater than 12, copper sulfate is the activator, butyl xanthate is the collector, the concentration is twice, and the scavenging is twice. The closed circuit can get lead concentrate with lead grade of 68.81%, lead recovery rate of 90.76%, zinc concentrate with zinc grade of 52.83%, and zinc recovery rate of 89.91%. Among them, the total recovery rate of lead concentrate and zinc concentrate silver is 82.54%, which is better than the production index, and also greatly shortens the process flow.
