| Abstract: |
| Coal mine overhead passenger device, commonly known as monkey car, is an important equipment for transporting workers in coal mines. Aiming at the problem of poor riding comfort in monkey cars, a current tree analysis was carried out on the problem of uncomfortable riding in monkey cars by using the contradiction analysis and solution method of the fusion of TRIZ and TOC, focusing on two core problems. Then, two physical contradictions are analyzed, and six conceptual schemes are proposed by using the four separation principles. The design example verifies the effectiveness of the fusion innovation of TRIZ and TOC, and the feasibility of realizing technological innovation in the field of mining and metallurgy production. |
