| Abstract: |
| This paper takes a skarn scheelite mine in Yunxi as the research object. This tungsten mine contains a large amount of calcium gangue. In order to realize the effective separation of scheelite and calcium gangue, a large amount of water glass needs to be added in the tungsten room temperature roughing and heating cleaning operations, resulting in the difficulty of subsequent dehydration and sedimentation of tungsten concentrate and tailings. The new process was improved in the field production process. The test results showed that the collector SJ-Y2 dosage of 120g/t, the regulator NaCO3 dosage of 2000g/t, and the inhibitor sodium silicate dosage of 4000g/t were used in the tungsten room temperature roughing operation, and the regulator NaOH dosage of 1000g/t, the inhibitor sodium silicate dosage of 50000g/t and the temperature of 90oC were used in the tungsten flotation column heating and cleaning operation. The final tungsten concentrate with a yield of 0.31% was obtained through desulfurization operation and tungsten flotation operation, Tungsten concentrate has a good beneficiation index with WO3 grade of 58.77% and recovery of 82.77%. |
