| Abstract: |
| An low-grade vanadium titanomagnetite from Panzhihua with the TiO2 grade of 6.21% and TFe grade of 15.34%, the test adopts the process flow of stage grinding – stage low magnetic separation of magnetite and two stages of high intensity magnetic - full particle flotation separation of ilmenite. Finally, iron concentrate with TFe grade of 55.10% and iron recovery rate of 40.76% and titanium concentrate with TiO2 grade of 46.60% and titanium recovery rate of 51.09% were obtained. The combined process has achieved a good separation of magnetite and ilmenite, and the excellent concentrate index has obtained. |
