Abstract:
A rubidium ore in Inner Mongolia autonomous region as the research object, through the analysis of the chemical element analysis, optical microscope, scanning electron microscopy (sem) analysis and MLA (mineral parameters) automatic analysis system of rubidium ore sample analysis methods such as chemical components, mineral composition and content and characteristics of embedded, particle size distribution, the state of rubidium elements of process mineralogy research. The results show that the main minerals of rubidium ore are Aladdin, quartz, potassium feldspar, mica, kaolinite and so on.The content of Rb2O in the ore is 0.107%, and rubidium mainly exists in mica and potassium feldspar in the form of homogeneity. The rubidium content in mica is 0.886% and the distribution rate is 47.49%.The content of potassium feldspar rubidium is 0.226%, and the distribution rate is 52.51%.Among the ores, quartz has the largest grain size, while potassium feldspar and albite have similar dissemination sizes, ranging from 0.74 mm to 1.2mm.The particle size of mica is mainly between 0.02 and 0.85mm. It is difficult for mica and mica interspersed in feldspar or coated by feldspar to achieve monomer dissociation and easy to produce mud, which is not conducive to the recovery of rubidium in mineral processing.
