| Abstract: |
| The paper takes the typical copper slag formed by mixing slow-cooling electric furnace slag and converter slag as the research object, the theoretical basis of copper slag separation is determined by studying the material composition, mineral occurrence state and distribution characteristics of the mixed copper slag. Based on the analysis of the physicochemical properties of copper slag, the effects of different kinds of adjusters, collectors and foaming agents on the flotation of copper slag was studied. The appropriate reagent system for the flotation of the mixed copper slag was determined, under the conditions of grinding fineness -48um 85%, sodium sulfide 400g/t, lime 500g/t, butyl xanthate +Z-200 150g/t+40g/t and terpineol oil 140g/t, the crude concentrate with Cu grade of 24.26% and flotation tailings with 0.207% were obtained, the copper recovery rate reached 92.78%, and the copper metal in the copper slag was effectively recycled. |
