Abstract:
Copper slag is the solid waste produced in the process of copper smelting. The temperature of copper slag discharged from the smelting furnace is 1200 ℃~1300 ℃. It has high apparent heat level and belongs to high grade waste heat resources, which has good recovery value. At present, copper smelting enterprises mainly adopt the way of slow cooling, crushing and beneficiation to treat copper slag, without considering the recovery and utilization of high-temperature copper slag waste heat, resulting in a lot of heat waste. In order to meet the requirements of national energy saving and emission reduction policy, the heat recovery technology of high temperature copper slag has been paid more and more attention. In this paper, the physical properties and current treatment methods of copper slag were summarized, and then the current research progress of the high-temperature copper slag waste heat recovery technology was summarized from the physical and chemical methods. Furthermore, the future research direction of these problems were put forward. Finally, the future development of zinc-air battery was prospected.
