| Abstract: |
| In this paper, a lithium-beryllium polymetallic ore in Dahongliutan region was taken as the research object. The effects of mineral surface cleaning flotation on the floatability of lithium-beryllium minerals and the separation effect of lithium-beryllium minerals were studied when N-methyl-9-heptadecene amide sodium sulfonate and N-methyl fatty amide acetate were used as cleaning agents. The experimental conditions of mineral surface cleaning flotation were optimized in this study. The results of closed-circuit test show that under the grinding fineness of -0.074 mm 72%, the lithium concentrate with Li2O grade of 6.01% and Li2O recovery of 87.60%, and the beryllium concentrate with BeO grade of 6.57% and BeO recovery of 62.90% can be obtained. At the same time, the grade of BeO in the lithium concentrate is 0.049% while the recovery of BeO is 31.20%, which means lithium-beryllium separation can be achieved by the cleaning flotation process. |
