Abstract:
High arsenic copper ore is an important class of copper resources with high arsenic content, which cannot be efficiently removed by physical sorting methods. At present, wet arsenic removal is an important means of arsenic removal from high arsenic copper ore. This paper mainly describes the wet process of arsenic removal from high arsenic copper ore, including acid leaching arsenic, alkali leaching arsenic and bacterial arsenic removal, and summarizes the principles, advantages and disadvantages of the three wet arsenic removal processes. In addition, the arsenic-containing leachate after leaching of high arsenic copper ore was analyzed by chemical precipitation method, electrochemical treatment, adsorption method, biological method and other arsenic fixing methods, and the principles, scope of application and advantages and disadvantages of the corresponding arsenic fixing method were pointed out. Finally, the problems of wet arsenic removal and arsenic fixation methods are summarized and analyzed, and the arsenic removal methods are prospected.
