Abstract:
Chalcopyrite, galena and sphalerite are the main copper, lead and zinc minerals in a complex copper lead zinc polymetallic sulfide ore. In order to effectively recover copper, lead, zinc and associated gold and silver, ore process mineralogy and beneficiation test were carried out. The results show that the copper concentrate with a copper grade of 19.05% and a copper recovery of 74.99% can be obtained by the process of "copper lead mixed flotation and then separation zinc flotation"; Lead concentrate with lead grade of 69.03% and lead recovery of 75.03%; Zinc concentrate with zinc grade of 47.87% and zinc recovery of 72.94%. The total recoveries of gold and silver were 75.45% and 76.86%, respectively.
