| Abstract: |
| In order to solve the problem of high tin loss of hydrocyclone desliming tail throw overflow in DuLong beneficiation plant, the SLon centrifugal separator and flotation process can effectively recover fine grade of stallite. The grade of tin in the overflow of desilting tailing is 0.134%, and the fine mineral yield is 7.36% and the grade of tin is 0.981%. Technical index with recovery rate of 54.28%; The centrifuge concentrate was mixed with cassite flotation feed ore at 7% ratio, and the concentrate with tin grade of 3.57% and recovery of 74.83% could be obtained. The research results provide reference for further reducing the loss of tin in tailings overflow in concentrator. |
