Abstract:
A copper-lead-zinc polymetallic sulfide ore from Guangxi is separated by flotation. it is difficult to get the qualified copper concentrate because of the mutual inclusion between copper and zinc, which get together with each other. After experimental research, minerals are effectively separated by “the zinc inhibition-flotation copper and lead-separation of copper and lead - zinc separation from copper and lead mixed flotation tailings” technology. Sphalerite and iron sulfide minerals are depressed by CaO、ZnSO4 and the new depressor CZ-002, which is self-developed by the laboratory. And also new collector CY-2A is used as collector for copper and lead. The final closed-circuit test obtained a copper concentrate with a Cu grade of 22.48 % and recovery of 70.11%; The Pb grade of lead concentrate is 57.39 %, and recovery of 84.84 %; The Zn grade of zinc concentrate is 51.93 %, and recovery of 88.42 %. The test indexers are good, and the effective separation of copper, lead and zinc was realized.
