| Abstract: |
| In order to improve the recovery rate of copper and cobalt in the magnetic separation concentrate of Congo (Kinshasa) SICOMINES Copper-Cobalt mine , in view of the low copper-cobalt grade in the magnetic separation concentrate and the poor enrichment effect of magnetic separation. In order to improve the comprehensive benefits of copper-cobalt ore magnetic separation concentrate copper-cobalt metallurgy, the magnetic separation concentrate was remilled and re-selected, sodium hydrosulfide was used as vulcanizing agent, yellow medicine as collector, 2# oil as foaming agent, magnetic separation concentrate regrinding and re-selection test research was carried out, under the best conditions, concentrate with yield of 18.48%, copper grade of 3.84%, cobalt grade of 0.36%, copper recovery rate of 56.15%, cobalt recovery rate of 35.20%, and the copper leaching rate of concentrate can reach 85.64%. The leaching rate of cobalt can reach 74.05%, and the net acid consumption of copper per ton is 2.15t/t copper, which obtains good economic benefits. |
