| Abstract: |
| In order to explore the role of trellized intercolumn bracing in the bent structure system. Based on the reinforcement of a smelting plant in South Africa,MIDAS/Gen software was used to establish and analyze the trellized intercolumn bracing models in two rack structure systems. The analysis results show that the internal force, displacement and bottom reaction of the column are significantly different in the two models under the action of crane + brake load.Through the theoretical analysis of the support section between the lattice columns, it is found that the contribution of the out-of-plane stiffness to the lateral stiffness integration of the structural elements is different due to the different support modeling methods, which leads to the difference in the mechanical performance of the columns. In the process of the design, transformation and reinforcement of the industrial plant of the bent structure system, especially in the metallurgical plant of the mine, the crane work level is high, the tonnage is large, or the seismic fortification intensity is high, the wind load is large, the bent structure unit is subject to the horizontal effect, and the deformation index control becomes the main control project of the design. The finite element design of the lattice intercolumn support adopts the real intercolumn support model, and the deformation index and mechanical performance of the bent structure system are obviously improved, which is an efficient, accurate and practical design method. |
