Abstract:
Based on the actual process parameters of methamphetamine (RO) technology to technical processing of steel companies, the impact of different levels of the temperature, pressure, and pH of various factors under the design of the surface of the surface of the surface of the surface of the surface of the curved surface is studied. The model and three factors are optimized design analysis. Studies have shown that the impact of various factors on the amount of membrane flux is: pressure > temperature> pH; the degree of impact on the cutting rate is pressure (B) > pH (C) > temperature (A) ;Temperature and pH interaction term (AC) >Pressure and pH interaction term (BC) >Temperature and pressure interaction term (AB) . When the temperature is 26 ℃, the pressure is 0.7 MPa, and the pH is 8, the theoretical optimal RO separation effect can be obtained: the membrane flux is 21.716 L/(m2.h), and the intercept rate is 96.226%. After experimental verification, the actual error of the prediction value is small, indicating that the model can better predict the actual situation. The use of ROs using SEM-EDS is detected and found that the membrane surface produces inorganic pollution, most of which are calcium salts.
