| Abstract: |
| Regarding the specific problem of leakage from two electrolytic manganese slag reservoirs in karst mountainous areas, which pollutes the downstream karst underground river outlet. On the basis of studying the mechanism of manganese slag storage polluting groundwater and conducting detailed hydrogeological investigations, a source prevention and control governance method of "zoning governance and sewage diversion" is proposed based on the characteristics of manganese slag storage located in the discharge area of the groundwater system, and the recharge and runoff area of the groundwater system being all karst depressions. According to pumping tests and theoretical analysis in key areas, it is estimated that after implementing the treatment project according to this treatment method, the overall water volume at the outlet of the polluted underground river can be reduced by 70%, saving 3 million yuan/year in sewage treatment funds. |
