| Abstract: |
| Anode furnace copper direct recovery rate index is one of the important indexes to measure the technical control level and advanced equipment in the process of copper fire smelting. This paper combined with the actual production situation, in order to improve the anode furnace copper direct yield as the goal, put forward the process coordination control, optimize the copper way, optimize the chute structure, reduce the production of intermediate process material and copper loss, improve the anode furnace direct yield to 95.5%, improve the production efficiency, enhance the competitiveness of the enterprise. |
