| Abstract: |
| NdFeB injection molded magnets are plastic magnetic products made from NdFeB magnetic powder as the main raw material, mixed with additives such as binders and antioxidants for granulation and injection molding. The effects of magnetic particle surface treatment, antioxidant addition, and extrusion process parameters on the performance of NdFeB injection molded magnets were studied. The results indicate that the surface treatment of NdFeB magnetic powder is a key step in the production of injection molded magnets. Compared with the three surface treatment methods, phosphating surface modification has the best antioxidant effect, with a weight gain rate of 0.1% for magnetic powder oxidation at 300 ℃. Adding antioxidants to the formula system is an effective method to improve the heat resistance of NdFeB injection molded magnets. The optimal amount of antioxidants added is 0.04% -0.06%. The process parameters during extrusion granulation have a significant impact on the performance of NdFeB injection molded magnets. The optimal extrusion temperature is 240-250 ℃, and the optimal feed speed is 22-24rpm. |
