| Abstract: |
| The grade of Pb and Zn in a low-grade lead-zinc sulfide ore in Yunnan Province is 0.42% and 0.39%, and its mineral composition is complex, containing galena, white lead, sphalerite, zinc oxide and other minerals. For this ore, the experiment adopts the process of Lead-zinc bulk flotation discards tailings – lead-zinc separation flotation process, which achieves the purpose of recovery and utilization of lead-zinc minerals. Finally, lead concentrate with lead grade of 70.34% and lead recovery of 84.06% and zinc concentrate with zinc grade of 45.74% and zinc recovery of 80.65% can be obtained, and the indicators are good. The research results show the feasibility of the process of pre-sorting and tail-jetting lead flotation, which has certain practical significance for the development and utilization of low-grade lead-zinc sulfide ore. |
