| Abstract: |
| For a porphyry-type copper sulfide mine in Yunnan, the study of ore process mineralogy was carried out, and a series of conditions such as raw ore grinding fineness, coarse concentrate regrinding fineness, collector, inhibitor, foaming agent type and dosage were carried out by combining the process mineralogy and ore properties such as the element composition and phase composition of the ore, and the optimal beneficiation process parameters were determined. Using one rough selection, two selections and two sweeping processes, the ore processing indicators of 1.23%, copper grade 22.84% and recovery rate of 87.79% can be obtained, and the pharmaceutical system and process flow can provide technical support for the ore beneficiation, and will provide industry reference for the ore beneficiation of the same type of ore in China. |
