| Abstract: |
| In this paper, through the use of a factory self-produced arsenic sulfide slag co-processing copper soot leachate, using sulfide separation technology for copper precipitation reaction, explored the reaction process temperature, the use of the amount of time, reaction time on the copper precipitation efficiency and arsenic sulfide utilization rate. The results show that: in the copper sinking reaction temperature of 80 ℃, using 4.5g / per hundred milliliters of copper-rich liquid sulfide arsenic slag, the reaction of 3.5h has the best copper sinking effect, at this time, the recovery of copper is 88.92%, the copper content of the filtered liquid is 0.36 mg / L, the slag copper content is 55.14%, containing 3.18% arsenic, and the use of arsenic slag and the output of the output of the copper slag sulfide XRD characterization of the use of arsenic sulfide slag and the output of copper slag, arsenic sulfide slag contains a small amount of As2O3, the copper slag obtained sharp peaks, high crystallinity, in line with the return to the smelting furnace smelting recovery of copper requirements. Using arsenic sulfide slag precipitation of copper in the process of hydrogen sulfide gas generation is small, the production environment is good. |
