Abstract:
With the deep mining of Dongtangzi lead-zinc mine, the raw ore is becoming increasingly poor, fine, and miscellaneous. The production cost remains high due to the increasing difficulty of benefication. In order to improve the grade of lead concentrate and lead-zinc recovery and effectively reduce the dressing cost, the potential controlled rapid flotation was introduced. By adjusting the 1st slurry conveying system, lead concentrating equipments, zinc activation system, dosing system, power distribution, the two flotation series are reduced to one flotation series with the same production capacity. Rapid beneficiation is realized by adding lime to the ball mill to keep the pulp potential 170 mV, and optimizing and adjusting the reagent system such as eththio-azo and Z-1 flotation agent. The flotation time is reduced from 77.91 min to 47.66 min. The dressing index of the potential controlled rapid flotation is improved obviously: the grade of lead concentrate is increased from 56% to 65% , the lead and zinc content is decreased from 5% to 4.48% , and the zinc content is decreased from 0.81% to 0.69% , the recoveries of lead and zinc are increased by 0.16% and 0.64%. The cost of beneficiation is greatly reduced: the electrical consumption is reduced by 400KW, 8 floatation personnel are saved, and the cost of reagent is reduced by 2.19 yuan per ton. The newly generated economic benefit is more than 500 million yuan per year
