| Abstract: |
| In order to study the influence of the change of formula on the electromagnetic parameters of spinel nickel zinc ferrite absorbent, two sets of comparative tests were designed. In the first group of experiments, the effects of Ni and Zn contents on the electromagnetic parameters of absorbers were studied. The results showed that the nickel-rich formula (Ni0.525Zn0.475Fe2O4) was the best, the standard formula (Ni0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4) was the middle, and the nickel-poor formula (Ni0.475Zn0.525Fe2O4) was the worst.In the second group of experiments, the effects of Fe and O contents on the electromagnetic parameters of absorbent were studied. The test results showed that the iron-deficiency formula (Ni0.5Zn0.5Fe1.98O3.97) was the best, the standard formula (Ni0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4) was the middle, and the iron-rich formula (Ni0.5Zn0.5Fe2.0o4.03) was the worst.The spinel nickel zinc ferrite absorbent studied in this paper has good absorbing performance when the matching thickness is 4-6mm and the frequency is 2-10GHz, and has practical value. |
