| Abstract: |
| The physical and chemical properties of the ore have undergone complex changes after weathering, resulting in difficulty in subsequent beneficiation and low separation efficiency. The present situation of mineral processing technology of weathered metal ore and weathered non-metallic ore is described in detail, and the main methods of sorting weathered ore are summarized. In view of the weathered metal ore with high mud content, fine particle size and complex dissemination, the pretreatment strengthening method is adopted, and the grading beneficiation is strengthened to carry out multi-stage separation and improve the beneficiation effect. In view of the characteristics of high oxidation degree and high impurity content of weathered non-metallic ore, the oxide layer on the surface of minerals is stripped by auxiliary means, and a higher concentrate grade is obtained by combining flotation process and grading beneficiation method. The study of process mineralogy of weathered minerals can grasp the mineral characteristics of target minerals and associated minerals after weathering, and provide technical guidance for formulating separation process, selecting separation equipment and determining beneficiation reagents. The research and analysis show that the study of ore process mineralogy is the premise of weathering ore separation. The development of advanced separation process equipment and the development of high-efficiency beneficiation reagents are the focus of future research on weathering ore beneficiation. |
