| Abstract: |
| The overall particle size of lead sulfide minerals in the Panlong lead-zinc mine in Guangxi is small, and the secondary mud quality is high. The lead recovery rate in the lead concentrate produced by the traditional high alkali SN+JR reagent system on site is much lower than the theoretical recovery rate of lead sulfide. After analysis, it was found that some lead minerals lost in the tailings contain a particle size of 19 μ Single galena below m. In order to optimize the beneficiation indicators of Panlong lead-zinc mine and reduce the loss of fine-grained galena minerals, a branch rapid separation process was used to conduct flotation experiments on the ore of Panlong lead-zinc mine. The experimental results showed that the new process can improve the lead recovery rate of lead concentrate by 8.07% compared to the existing high alkali process. After analyzing the tailings products of beneficiation, -19 μ The loss rate of lead metal in part m has been reduced by 28.57%, and the use of branch rapid flotation process can effectively improve the flotation recovery rate of fine galena. |
