Abstract:
Heavy metal ions can cause serious pollution to the environment. Long-term exposure to heavy metal ions may lead to poisoning, cancer, nervous system damage and other problems. Therefore, the treatment of heavy metal-containing wastewater is an urgent environmental problem to be solved. Ion flotation has great application potential in the field of heavy metal wastewater purification due to its fast, economical and high treatment efficiency. This paper summarizes the research progress of the application of ion flotation technology in the removal of heavy metal ions in solution. In addition to the commonly used surfactants, the development and application of biological collectors and nano-collectors can greatly improve the efficiency of ion flotation. In the regulation of flotation solution environment, the adjustment of surfactant dosage and solution pH value has a key influence on the flotation index. Through analysis and summary, the future development direction of ion flotation technology is put forward.
