Abstract:
The management quality of engineering general contracting in mining and metallurgical enterprises directly determines the safety and efficiency of the project. To improve the quality of engineering general contracting project management, this study constructs an evaluation index system for this type of project management based on the "Health Safety Environment (HSE)" project management data of the Mining and Metallurgical Group. At the same time, a hybrid improved Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) was designed for the HSE management evaluation model of engineering general contracting in mining and metallurgical enterprises. Through case analysis of multiple domestic mining and metallurgical enterprises, it was found that the evaluation model designed this time scored 89.2 points and 75.9 points for the management quality of Project A and Project B, respectively. The difference between the two ratings and expert ratings is significantly smaller than the difference between other traditional models and expert ratings. The HSE management model designed by our company for engineering general contracting has higher management quality than traditional management models.
